Comprehensive birth planning and birth day preparation, combined into one interactive workshop.
Service Description
Using evidence-based education and real-world hospital context, we walk through the full range of decisions parents commonly encounter—from admission through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care. You’ll learn what is routine, what is optional, and how recommendations are typically presented, so you can make informed, personal decisions ahead of time. This workshop also prepares you for the lived experience of birth. We talk through common scenarios, decision points, coping strategies, partner roles, labor postitions and how to stay oriented if plans change.
